As a promotional platform and booking facilitator, we act as an intermediary between guests and the respective retreat or resort providers. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms before confirming your booking:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through India Holistic Retreats are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as per the terms of the respective resort or retreat center.
Confirmation emails will include detailed terms and contact information of the selected service provider.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are determined by the respective retreat or resort and may vary depending on the location, season, and type of program.
In general:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations made within 15–30 days of the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the retreat provider’s discretion.
Cancellations within 14 days of check-in or no-shows are usually non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to review the specific cancellation policy listed with each retreat or inquire prior to booking.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the retreat/resort’s policies.
India Holistic Retreats will initiate refund communication between the guest and the service provider but is not liable for any delays or denials issued by the provider.
Administrative processing fees charged by India Holistic Retreats are non-refundable.
4. Modifications
Requests for date changes or modifications must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the service provider.
Rescheduling policies may vary and could involve change fees.

Our role is to promote, inform, and connect wellness seekers with highly rated and government-accredited retreat providers.

We are not liable for any disputes, cancellations, changes in pricing, schedules, or services between the client and the service provider.
Any claims, complaints, or legal matters must be resolved directly with the retreat provider.
Verification & Accreditation
We make reasonable efforts to list only licensed, government-accredited, and well-reviewed centers, based on publicly available information and user feedback.
However, we do not conduct on-site inspections or independent evaluations. Guests are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before booking.
